Current Transportation Construction Projects

The City's Capital Improvement Plan (PDF) (CIP) provides the framework for identifying City improvement projects.

eProperty allows a resident to search online for information on special assessments pending or levied against their property. A levied assessment is certified to Dakota County for collection with the property taxes. The certified amount that will appear on the taxes for the current year can be found under "amounts certified and payable to Dakota County."

For more information or questions about assessments, call the Engineering Division at 952-985-4500.
